Review summary

We had a magnificent time and so happy that cruising is back. If you’re thinking of doing a quick cruise this one is a not to miss! The crew staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and overall one of the best crew staff we’ve had while cruising.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We had completed all the necessary documents prior to boarding in the celebrity cruise app. So it took us less than five minutes to get through the cruise protocol and boarded the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was fantastic service even better in our main dinning room. We only visited one specialty restaurant the Tuscan Grille where the food was wonderful and the staff was very helpful with getting us the right food options during our visit to the specialty restaurant which mad our visit perfect.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
There were so many activity options sometimes they overlapped and that was a little frustrating. But arriving five minutes late was not that big of an issue. Attended the lectures featured the ports of call and the wildlife to be expected there. Attended some craft activities and the art auction. Had the most wonderful massage Confort ship and spent time in the pool area along with the Persian garden.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our crew staff from the waiters, room stewards and the general ship personnel. I will never forget the wonderful towel animals that Albano created and for Alex our room connoisseur who made daily visits to seeing if we had all that we needed. Are waitstaff was even better . I can’t thank you enough for making our dinning experience more that just eating. So thank you once again to Leon, Daniel , Gilbert, Jelena, Ayu, and Dewa.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Generally always fine on board ship. Ship staff was constantly cleaning which is good during our Covid times. Sometimes it was a little difficult maneuvering through the casino to get to the other side.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
We ended up with a handicap room and generally the cabin was fine. The restroom other story it was functional but sometimes awkward in the shower due to the need for a handicap assessable person using it that a person who does not have a handicap need it was awkward.

Ship tip

Juneau, Alaska

5 out of 5
Loved visiting Juneau. It has certainly changed since the last time we visited. We did not book any excursions but walked through the town and up to the Juneau historic museum..

Icy Strait Point (Hoonah), Alaska

4 out of 5
Icy Strait point has certainly changed they have made it a must see destination. Unfortunately due to a couple of major storms coming our way our time and Icy Strait point was cut short.. we did not book any excursions that walk through the historic Sam and cannery visited the local shops before having to get back on board ship so we could depart early and attempt to mess they heavy weather storms heading our way. I certainly did not feel cheated by Us having to leaving that particular port early

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Our disembarkation was the easiest experience I ever had on leaving a cruise ship
