Review summary
We ususally cruise once or twice a year, depending upon my schedule and when I can get away. This cruise is one of the best that we have been on. The ship is beautiful and kept in excellent condition. The officers are visible and always friendly, ths was not so on other trips that we have taken. We have been on other Celebrity ships, and the food is always excellent, but the food on the Millennium is superb. One thing especially great (I like to eat) is that one can get pizza until about 1am, so for those late night snackers, it works out great. One other thing that I really liked is that there were not the constant announcements over the PA system. Only important, need to know, types of things were broadcast, not the "Bingo in 10 minutes" or "Casino is now open" types of messages, which made for a very quiet, relaxing cruise. This have been our best cruise to date, and has really solidified Celebrity for us as our cruise line of choice. If you have not sailed on the Millenium, give the ship a try, you will really experience a positive difference in cruising.Ports of call
