If looking at Princess, NCL and. Celebrity... I rate Celebrity in 3rd. NCL was more fun for adults and kids... Princess has a nice flow to their ships. Infinity is a smaller ship and is dated but a nice experience anyway.
Embarkation

Relatively well organized. It went somewhat fast although we picked a time slot but were put into a boarding group which was about 1hr after our slot.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Drinks package was terribly expensive so we avoided it. 3 x 18+ in the cabin it would be close to 2000.00 for a week. Sorry don´t drink that much. Food was ok... buffet was standard, good at times. Breakfast is what you expect... all in all ok. The main dining was "uneven". We were pushed to order seating times and waited and waited each night... while walk ups seemed prioritized. Odd... Food quality was "bland" at best... service was very focused on telling us to give them a high rating. WTH. No food really available between lunch and dinner...
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Music was awful. The same playlist played across the ship.. bars to the pool decks. Lots of pool events like volleyball etc.. all in all ok.
Entertainment
1 out of 5
Magic show was terrible... people were leaving. Bingo was fun actually! Silent disco was fun too... shows, awful.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Service is always good. A few glitches as well too much focus on telling us they need to get a high rating in the restaurant. Service was uneven but friendly at the least.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Old ship... signs of wear and tear... but ok. Was always clean!
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Cabin for 4. Two pull down beds, one large (queen) bed. Comfortable.. room was tiny though. Ca. 200 sq ft or less (20 sqm). Chipped paint on window. But clean.
