Review summary

Great boat, perfect size, never felt crowded. Very relaxing vacation providing an amazing itinerary that enabled us to see many Greek Islands.

Embarkation

Quickly brought on board - easy process

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We stuck with the main dining room, no specialty restaurants and we had select our time dining - never a wait, great service and amazing food!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The pool and solarium where good, never crowded - the size of the boat was great for not having crowds. We spent time we were in port sightseeing vs. on boat doing activities.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
This is the one area that wasn't as good as other cruises - we saw one headliner that was fabulous 5 stars, the rest were average. Frankly we were tired as the itinerary had us in port at a different island everyday so we didn't stay up late. We did enjoy watching UEFA Cup on the rooftop deck with large screen on comfy sofa loungers.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
5 stars all around - our waitstaff in the dining room was so friendly and service was great there and our cabin steward was amazing.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This ship was perfect size, never felt crowded, easy to get on/off with tender ships or walk off.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had a balcony/veranda cabin. It was good size, had a larger than expected bathroom and a very nice outside balcony which we used a great deal.

Ship tip

Find your own way at your own pace at the ports vs. taking shore excursions.

Ports of call

Piraeus (Athens), Greece

5 out of 5
We stayed 3 days in Athens prior to cruise in an apartment with our Marriott Bonvoy points through Homes & Villas. Great location, walking distance to all the sites. It was very hot! Food was fabulous. 3 days was the right amount of time

Santorini, Greece

4 out of 5
Beautiful but crowded. We lucked out but at times long lines for the cable car from Port to Fira. We took public bus from Fira to Oiao for 2Euro each way. Explored Oiao but again crowded.

Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey

4 out of 5
Public bus to Ephesus where we toured the ruins then back to ship.

Rhodes, Greece

5 out of 5
This was one of my favorite ports - old city, loved the city wall and presence of history all around. We found a great beach walking distance and rented chairs/umbrella for the afternoon after exploring the Old Town prior.

Mykonos, Greece

5 out of 5
My favorite island - not as crowded - beautiful, all sites easily accessed within walking distance. We walked to the Mykonos Beach Club where we enjoyed the beach, a beautiful pool and all the club amenities. Spent a long afternoon there.

Hydra, Greece

4 out of 5
Small port, no cars, walk everywhere - very small easy to see in 2 hours. We did not do beach this day - last day and tired so returned to pool on ship.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Easy off the ship right to our airport transfer which was a nice air conditioned minibus.
