Guest relations people were all rude and not helpful. I was misled on a beverage package and the wifi. Most of the bartenders were also rude.

Sailing on Infinity in May. Hoping that the ship is refurbished and the staffing and food complaints are worked out before then!

I don't know what you are talking about. There was a group of 6 of us that sailed on 17-24 of september and we had a wonderful cruise. My wife and i even had to go to guest services to get new room cards on the second night and they made change for our $10-$20 bills.all the bartenders and staff we dealt with were great. We had a vegan in our group and the dining staff altered her meals and when we went to le petite chef the maitre d let the le petite chef staff know the night before that we had a vegan in our group and they didn't disappoint

I’m cruising on Saturday, Oct. 1. I really hope we get to cruise much less have happy people working on the cruise… we shall see I guess!
