I was on the Infinity for 15 nights in October. Was everything perfect? No. We enjoyed ourselves immensely! The staff, bartenders, photographers, stewards - all delightful and welcoming and helpful. The ship was clean and the food was quite edible. I found a few things I really loved. The entertainers worked really hard. If your room smelled of smoke, they would have worked on that for you. The ship hired an author to narrate the Panama Canal. Cruising is an adventure. If you hated everything, maybe you need to re-evaluate your perceptions.

I recently sailed on Infinity. I loved everything about the ship. It has a better layout, in my opinion and others that we were with, than the Solstice class ships. The staff was outstanding, the food was amazing, the entertainment was great, and the customer service as always on Celebrity, superb!!
