Review summary

The cruise was great, I am truly disappointed with Jamie and Michelle's sales pitch regarding moneybac in Cozumel Mexico, I purchased a nice ring for my wife, went to moneybac kiosk at the port and was denied, approached Jamie about the situation, took my number, said he was going to get back to me, never did....this is terrible advertising and promotion, looks bad on celebrity cruises and for this mishap, I may have to look elsewhere for my next cruise, first I was misled, then no follow up communication..... NOT something that I would promote to my friends, the very least would've been some type of communication, but nothing.....leaves me to believe that Jamie's speech about everything he's promoting is false advertising, all looking bad on the cruise line.....outside of this negative experience, everything ON the cruise ship was great. Our cabin steward Najib was polite, conscientious, eager to meet our needs. Our room was kept clean at all times. He did his job well. As for our dining experience we had Dominique and Vishesh and sommelier Mercy. We also had Michael/Oscar as a waiter one night. These people truly made our experience that much better with their exceptional service and friendliness. There wasn't enough they could do for us. We enjoyed seeing them every evening, they were quick, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, exceptional!!
