Review summary

Food was great, entertainment super good, service in dining rooms was the best ever. The people that handle the Shore Excursions are terrible. The Segway Excursion had filthy equipment, dangerous terrain (most were newbies), and we went past a dump site...gross! The driver texted while driving. They need to send someone on the excursion first to see what is happening. Was not up to the standards that the cruise advertises.

Most of the staff was terrific. The people that handle the Shore Excursions are terrible. The Segway Excursion had filthy equipment, dangerous terrain and the driver texted while driving. All the other experiences with this cruise line were top notch!
