Review summary

We had great dinner companions, however dinner selections and service were disappointing. Not up to standards we have experienced on previous cruises. We never had any contact with the Maitre'd, our waiter was snippy and rude, even with the Classic Beverage package we had poor beverage service at dinner. We did enjoy the Ports we visited, the entertainment was outstanding (best troop on any cruise I've been on), and the programs presented by the Naturalist were excellent. While we enjoyed ourselves, I would not recommend the Infinity...

We have cruised twice on the Infinity, a 7 day cruise in Alaska a couple years ago and a 12 day cruise to the Western Caribbean this Spring, and our good was OUTSTANDING, our Maitre'd's and their staff were superb, attentive, and on point both cruises. My wife and her two closest girlfriends are leaving for a five day cruise this weekend on the Infinity and she expects it to be just as fabulous as our previous vacations.
