The crew was fantastic; staff die every thing it could to make our voyage enjoyable. At it succeeded! The ship was clean and well-maintained; our room was cleaned daily and checked several times each day. The food was very good with a wide variety of choices. We especially enjoyed several dinners in the US United States.

As stated above, rooms were well maintained and checked often. Staff was available to address any requests or concerns.
The river portion of the bus, boat, and train tour was fun and informational. However, I would not recommend the trip on the old railroad. There was little to see because trees blocked the view along the tracks, except for the squalid living conditions of the squatters along the tracks.
A key point of any tour is having an excellent tour guide. And here we had s great guide, Incarnacation, for our city tour. He was knowledgable and willing to answer any questions. He provided us with a great day in Cartagena!
