Review summary

Overall a decent value;however, it could have been much more. Service quality was sporadic and just fair. Nothing horrible but nothing great. The only exception to this was the Martini Bar team in the lounge were very good. I would skip buying the SPA package. It was ~185 for a couple but the sauna/steam room never worked right. BTW, if you buy the drink package you still pay 15% per drink. I don't mind tipping but having it "forced" on me is not so great.

Basically just tourist trap stuff.
Don't Miss: Do the TRAM ride if you get the chance.

Skagway, Alaska

5 out of 5
Beautiful and very quaint. Again another gold rush town.
Don't Miss: Do the short train ride, it was well worth it.

Pros: Scenery was stunningly beautiful

Cons: Service while adequate was nothing special and the mandatory tipping was lame.
