Review summary

Rating for a cruise is about service, and the services rendered, except for one staff who should be better trained, were excellent. The stateroom should have more space to take in the 2nd medium size suitcase for those travelling from abroad

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
There is Sushi but no shashimi. This is not understood when there should be plenty of fresh seafood at every port.

Entertainment

3 out of 5

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
It would be exceptional if not for one staff at Guest Relations who was not trained about passports needed at Ukon/Skagway excursion. We are happy to commend Ambrose Fernandes who made an excellent first impression, to Saban/Fei Yan/Ken at the Treliss Dining, and all the excellent services were sustained throughout the cruise

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Understand that the Infinity is due for an upgrade end 2011. That is timely.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
It would be excellent if there is more luggage room

The air tour of the glaciers was exhilarating !

The Butchard Gardens is amazing. Not enough time to visit the town after the main excursion.
Don't Miss: Butchard Gardens

Skagway, Alaska

5 out of 5
Not enough time to visit the town after the main excursion

Pros: The service at mealtimes and the frequent cleaning of the rooms

Cons: Over-Commercialisation with promos to buy buy buy
