Review summary
My husband, our daughter(20 yrs) old) and I recently sailed in the Galaxy. The ship was really nice and had all kinds of entertaintment which we enjoyed. The Orion restaurant was very elegant, a wonderful atmosphere and a great service. The food was outstanding. It was our first Celebrity cruise and we were looking forward to have the best time, however, all our expectations were shuttered when the accomodations we received were for two instead of three. They brought in a temporary bed which not even fitted in the room and they had to take out a table and the two seats. then the bed was in our way to the bathroom and it was a hazzard. My husband and I had to go over that bed where our daughter was sleeping in in order to get to the bathroom. Very unconfortable and not we have paid for. Everyday Guest Relations (for four days)told us they were movving us to another stateroom for three adults and for four day. We arrived June 2nd on a Friday and we were given a new stateroom Monday at the end of the day. The concierge in charge told us they were not able to give us any credit for our cruise and that we had to talked to the maim office which I am planning to do. We have sailed with Carnival and Royal Caribean and we never had a -roblem like this. The rest of the cruise was really nice. Our new stateroom was very confortable and we had wonderful time.Ship experiences
