Best cruise line for food.  Friendly staff.  Cleanliness a priority.  Sea days are enjoyable since there are varied activities (especially good lectures).

The Equinox is a beautiful ship with the best crew ever.  We love this ship and crew.  The weather was not the best and the crew did everything possible to make it better.

The food in all of the restaurants was extraordinary - and that includes the main dining room.  Each year we look forward to the delicacies prepared by the Celebrity chefs.

3-4 times on this ship / the food was better and the entertainment 1st class.

The on line accounting was terrible (improper entries)  although the amounts were correct. There is no need to create anxiety when there should be none! Disappointed ships daily movie was frequently only available late (1030) ..since we cruise a lot don't usually get off and want more options on board.

We purchased a Concierge level room and paid extra for what we thought would be an incredible experience and IT WAS NOT!!!  I compared our perks to someone with an interior room and we did not have anything special.  Oh wait, we had thicker robes.  No special room service menu, no special services.  This is not a reflection on the staff but how the Cruise line presents the "Concierge Level Rooms."  We received a voicemail from a concierge that if we needed anything, we could call her.   Our Cabin steward was so nice and most of the staff were very kind.  However, if we are comparing to "Princess" and a regular balcony room; it was terrible.  The food was just average unless you were paying extra for a specialty restaurant.  The storage space in the "Concierge Balcony Room" is terrible.  We have cruised with 5 others cruise lines so we have a lot to compare to.  

Well appointed ship, good service and variety of dinner selections.  Entertainment for the most part, especially guest entertainers was excellent.  Cruise director outgoing and interesting.  Ports of Call could use some changes.  Havana rather then Grand Cayman.  Weather outstanding.  Some administrative difficulties to include failure to assign table requested prior to boarding; credit from cruise line was not applied; incorrect status resulting in incorrect billing and missing perks(Select rather than Elite assigned).  Captain Club's hostess, Maila,  was impersonal, indifferent and rude.

My favorite part of the cruise was the itinerary.  

the thing that sometimes needed improvement were a couple of the guides.  They knew the info they had to give but didn't always keep track of the people in the group who might have been slightly slower than the rest.

.CHECKING OUT BETTER THAN BEFORE AND WE WERE ABLE TO HAVE A FULL BREAKFAST BEFORE LEAVING SHIP.  GETTING A WHEELCHAIR MADE IT GOOD AND AS WE WERE NON US CITIZENS THE LINE UP TO CUSTOMS WAS SO MUCH SHORTER.

GETTING TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT FROM THE CRUISE LINE GAVE US A LEG UP IN LEAVING THE SHIP.  ALSO GETTING THE FLIGHT FROM THE CRUISE LINE WAS A GOOD SAVINGS.

Excellent service.  Good food.  A beverage package, excluding alcoolic beverages would be appreciated.  Personnly, after 2 cruises with Celebrity, we are very satisfaithed with the quality and cleanliness of the ship.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull to nay special request.  We 

had a grat cruise.

The entire cruise was very well done from start to finish. Friendly and attentive  room service and dining room service. Enjoyed many on-board activities on a daily basis. The addition of a blown glass exhibit daily was a wonderful addition. We enjoyed most of the entertainment shows, but the sound volume of the band was too loud. We will definitely make arrangements for another Celebrity Cruise in the near future.

The ship was lovely. Our meals in the Blu dining room were excellent. The tours were average. We had to walk about a mile for a tall ship cruise that was labelled as mild and there were no shuttles provided. The entertainment was mixed as in all the ships. Some nights were exceptional and others were not to our taste. 

We found the activities on RCL were more engaging but the free drink package was a lot of fun.    

overall experience was excellent.I would get rid of the veal dish on menu, expected abounded veal cutlet, not dry veal hash.I have already recommended Celebrity and my travel agent Michele to friends.

Great looking ship, very clean, shows just a little wear from new. The food was a little disappointing. Some meals were very good, others fair and a couple just bad. They served rack of lamb one night that was so tough it could not be cut with a sharp steak knife. They do not know how to prepare fish in the main dining room and i would recommend never ordering fish unless you are in the specialty restaurant. I will give their salad bar an A plus and some of the buffet items were good. Their breads were fresh and available in a nice assortment. I would also give their deserts are very good grade. I would give their basic coffee a c-, just not very good. Service was very good and the crew friendly, The entertainment was good and in some cases very good. On sea days it seemed that there was a shortage of chairs as guests would hog a chair all day even though they would hardly ever be there. The internet service is improved over a few years ago buy still seems behind 2017 standards. I would also suggest staying away from the casino unless you don't mind making an additional donation to the cruise line. All in all a great trip.

Great itinerary and exceptional specialty dining

The entire experience was very enjoyable with the exception of some unfortunate issues at dinner in the main dining room (clonfused, chaotic wait staff service involving mixed up orders and uncooked meals and slow service)

we love to cruise on beautiful Celebrity Eqinox.Our winter vacation was excellent good selection of ports great weather stuff so good excellent  service.We enjoyed the shows.This time off the podium speakers were not so good?

We had select dining for the first time and we did not enjoy it.The service was excellent sommelier Alex fabulous but to get in line every night so we get a table was not fun.We love our first sitting,here we ate before in order to have table as we do not like to eat after 7 at night.

My first cruise with Celebrity on the Equinox and I was not Disappointed.  Ship was beautiful and the

the service outstanding.  Loved the entertainment and the food.

My favorite part of the cruise was seeing cozumel. We had fun in all the ports, but this was my favorite.  We enjoyed meeting the people and crew on our ship. 

Staff and crew was always very friendly, our room steward Alvin was great! food and service in the dining room and specialty restaurants was fantastic!

There was a couple issues with the plumbing but they resolved them fairly quickly.

We were disappointed with the wifi packages as you could not buy minuets until over half way trough the trip only one hour continues, 24 hours continues or full trip 24 hour. 

this is about our 7th Celebrity Cruise... the things that kept us going back are rapidly evaporating.

While most everything was adequate... the things that made us go WOW at the beginning are no longer.

My favorite part of the cruise were the shows. My least favorite was the same food choices for 7 days get you tired of food real quick.Also everything pointed to selling or buying on the ship did not like that.
