Our many displeasure were stated above. To add a few more: 1. Over billed a few times I had to correct. 2. Was told I could see billing statement on the TV. Stated " I want a hard copy in my hands." 3. Never received final statement. After reading copy I received a day or two before I realized they had not given us the Elite+ discount. I have to call them. 4. n the Toscana dining room I sent the bill back as they did not give us the discount there either, all of which was supposed to be on my card.

It is a great ship and and excellent staff. Would definitely do it again.

Cruise was fine. Staff was great. Food was good. Entertainment was good. Did not like all the different drink packages. Classic vs Premium. The ship really likes to entice you to spend more money on the premium when you board the ship. Was charged for upgraded wine that I did not ask for. Concierge service for Concierge package not worth the extra money. Balcony is the only way to go!! Had fun dancing every night!

While onboard, we went ahead and booked next year's cruise. They will give you free perks if you book while onboard. We chose free drink packages and wifi.

Ship is super clean and staff really really awesome and friendly. Very peaceful for adults with limited children and teenagers. Loved the drink package such a treat to try different drinks and feeling very pampered

DOESNT MATTER IF U ARE WEALTHY OR NOT.... SAME WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND FOOD. BALCONY AND DRINKS MORE THAN DOUBLE INSIDE CRUISE COST. NEW LOYALTY PROGREM REWARDS YOU WITH NICE PERKS INCLUDING 2 HR OPEN BAR ON MOST DRINKS... ENOUGH FOR ME.

Captain was great and interacted with the passengers more than I have seen on other cruises. She also actually remembered passenger names. She really added to the fun of the cruise. I think the food in the Oceanview area has gone down from the last cruise experience on this ship. The specialty restaurants were mostly very good, but not great. We enjoyed the Asian Fusion the best. Service all over the ship was great.

We just felt that the cruise was for much older crowd, which we were told that it would be because not too many children on board, that was fine, but there was hardly any music that you see around the pool area on every other cruise who is very limited. No nighttime pool barbecues very boring. The entertainment with the exception of one single and two comedian shows were boring.

The ship is in fantastic condition, would love to go back to Equinox soon.

THIS CRUISE ON CELEBRITY HAS PROVEN TO US THAT THEY DO LISTEN TO COMMENTS THAT ARE MADE ON THESE SURVEYS. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BOOK ON THE EQUINOX AGAIN IF THERE WAS THE SAME CREW ONBOARD.

Food quality was bad, after 25 cruises and 6 on Celebrity this was the worst. AVOID IT!!

I enjoy Celebrity. Looking for my next sailing with them.

IT WAS VERY RELAXING BUT VERY BORING AS WELL . NEED TO TRY ANOTHER ONE .

We had a great time. The room was better than the rooms we've stayed in on Carnival and Royal Caribbean. The ticket prices were too cheap to pass up, so this was the second cruise we were on in 3 weeks. The music was also better than on the previous cruise.

The ship arrived too late in Puerto Rico to do more than just see Old San Juan quickly. Nassau is a madhouse. Our waiter at dinner was superb, but there were waiters at the other meals who were disgruntled and unpleasant. The buffet had too many passengers doing unhealthy things. There should be more staff to serve the food.

Celebrity is our favorite and this was the 3rd cruise on the Equinox. Everything was beyond expectation except for the Celebrity theater performers. They were just terrible. Captain and his staff were GREAT!

The cruise was very relaxing quit great food and awesome staff! We booked our next cruise while on the ship for next year 11 day!!

Good value for the money. If you are looking for a clean ship, decent food and not a large drinking crowd that this is a great ship.

Loved this ship, I will definitely cruise again on celebrity.
