Our many displeasure were stated above. To add a few more:
1. Over billed a few times I had to correct.
2. Was told I could see billing statement on the TV. Stated " I want a hard copy in my hands."
3. Never received final statement. After reading copy I received a day or two before I realized they had not given us the Elite+ discount. I have to call them.
4. n the Toscana dining room I sent the bill back as they did not give us the discount there either, all of which was supposed to be on my card.

MDR : Quality, choices, and a little of the quantity have decreased greatly. Toscana was very much a disaster!
It was my birthday dinner on 20 March and I choose a resturant I had previously loved.
1. My reservation was for 6:00PM at Toscana. They sent a reservation for Murano!. To say I was livid is an understatement. They did finally correct it but....appetizer - soup was like water with no flavor. My filet was very good. Friends steak and husbands were very tough. I was not allowed to take my unfinished portion to room to put in refrigerator. (This was my 75th cruise). the time between finishing appetizer and receiving entree was over an hour -we were just ready to leave. My husband had requested a cake or something with a candle to celebrate my birthday. Never received...just normal desert.

Very disappointed. Hardly any storage, especially for two people. Very poor decor. No couch. Only 4 or 5 drawers. I had them take out 'coffee table' to give us more room. Room steward Egypxxx tried to be more than helpful. Quality of linens and towels very un-Celebrity.
There seems to be a 'cheapening down' of your line.
Ship tip
First or second cruise would be exciting. Any more look for something better!
