Overall a quality cruise line and our second time on the Celebrity. Not as good as when we took it in 2018. Ship is dated, service for us was average, food was not as good. We will take a break from Celebrity and go back to one of the other cruise lines in the future.

Portions were smaller than when we cruised on equinox in 2018. Beef dishes were all good, by most if not all fish dishes were dry and flavorless. Waiter was excellent but his assistant was rarely to be found. Three nights never came with tea/coffee service so we left and had to go to buffet. Desserts were average, but we never expect much on cruise ships

fitness center, casino, pools and games were great. Cruise Director and his staff were awersome.

already commented on wait staff. room steward was ok, but they don't do towel animals any more which was always a highlight. Bar staff and servers were great

dated. toilet overflowed one day without us using it. Just water pouring over. Took 20 minutes for anyone to come and fix it. bath light stopped working the last day. The whole light switch setup is crazy....never really figured it out.
Terrible port all around. Tender setup was a mess. NEVER AGAIN Did an excursion and swimming with stingrays was great but snorkling portion was not good.
100% agree with you. Loved her in 2019. Sailed on her last year and saw and felt exactly what you described. They put so much money and resources into the Edge class ships, and are really neglecting the slightly older ships.
