Review summary

Overall, Celebrity get an A on this cruise ship and the itinerary. The ship activities for Christmas and New Year's were well orchastrated and much fun. Even though the ship was short staffed, the existing staff worked diligently to make for a good time. I have already booked another cruise on the Equinox for a different itinerary...so looking forward to it!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The MDR is beautiful and the food was above average. The ambiance and food in both Tuscan Grill and Murano are phenomenal!!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I stayed out at the pool on sea days.

Entertainment

Service and Staff

Service in the MDR was so-so.... They are woefully understaffed... The room steward never missed a beat. The staff in both Tuscan Grill and Murano were top notch! The bartenders were absolutely fabulous!!!

Ship Quality

This was my first Celebrity cruise and I adapted to the layout quickly.. it was then very easy to find my way around.

Cabin / Stateroom

Wonderful interior room. I cruised solo and consumed most of the storage for a 12 day trip.. Storage would get tight for 2 people for the same duration. But the bathroom and bed and overall space in the room felt roomie.

Castries, St. Lucia

Wasn't too impressed with this port. Took a Celebrity excursion to tour the island. I wouldn't do it again. Just another 3rd world dump.

St. George's, Grenada

Went scuba diving on a private charter. Great diving!

Bridgetown, Barbados

I have visited Barbados a few other times in the past, and spent several hours with a good friend and his wife who live there. Love this island country!

Fort-De-France, Martinique

5 out of 5
Very clean and modern for a Caribbean island. Very much enjoyed walking around and eventually found a nice French sushi restaurant for a bite to eat. Food and service were very good!

Basseterre, St. Kitts

5 out of 5
I took a Celebrity excursion to the Carambola beach club which was very nice. Like Martinique, St. Kitts is clean and very well maintained. I would like to return for some diving here.
