Review summary
One shortcoming. Booked Via with $300 on board credit promotional credit from Celebrity Cruises. Once on board, Celebrity Cruises denied the promotional onboard credit. They said the Sail Away package with gratuties, drink package, and wifi was worth more than the $300 even though we paid over $600 to move to balconey in order to qualify for these other perks. contract showed we were to be credited the $300 which we never got from. We did get $225 onboard credit from which already was a given.Embarkation
