Review summary

This was our 1st B2B cruise and we would definitely do that again. Our cabins were clean and comfortable. Our cabin stewards were attentive as was our 2nd butler. The staff in the dining areas were accommodating and thoughtful.

Now called Retreat Club. Hussian Azouz was the Retreat Concierge and we have never met someone so thoughtful and kind. He should be rewarded for this kind of service.

Murano Restaurant

Everyone was outstanding. While we did have a bump with our original butler, it was all handled well and our replacement butler was attentive.

Coming from Aqua class, we totally were impressed with the size of our sky suite. In terms of comfort and cleanliness, both Aqua class and our suite were wonderful.
