Review summary

not worth the money paid for a suite level accommodation. ship refurbishments may have been made (or it may just be a marketing gimmick), but they were nothing a paying customer would much care about. We'd have noticed a big improvement or change since we were on the ship last year. Do NOT waste $$ ($55/pp) on the newest restaurant Le Petit Chef™ At Qsine unless you like the idea of watching a movie shown on a dinning room plate and a fixed menu - everyone gets the same thing.

saw and spoke to many more staff than on other cruises. Captain Kate was a very refreshing change !!

Ship Quality

balcony glass had lots of paint and stain. Glass was hazy with filth. This has been a 2 week back-to-back for us and they have yet to clean the balcony or was the glass. Even the spa lounge glass is filthy.

Cabin / Stateroom

solvent laced towels and gloves left in drawer. that drawer and adjacent ones were not usable for our entire stay. ended up actually getting physically ill - threw up from smell. balcony glass was filthy with paint and railing stains as well as general salt spray. Balcony never cleaned for our entire stay
