Review summary

Despite the high quality of wait service, food quality, and the excellence of my cabin and steward, I would not recommend Celebrity Cruises to anyone, due to their absolutely horrible medical staff and treatment. The fact that they have a gym open for service with no staff person to monitor is unacceptable and dangerous.

I was Aqua Class. Took forever to get to the desk. Then their computers kept failing. It took FOREVER to get onboard

They might try hiring singers that can actually sing. I studied voice, and these singers could not maintain pitch

I fell in the gym. Getting off the treadmill. Landed directly, full force on my knee. There was ABSOLUTELY NO ONE in the gym but me. NO ATTENDANT. 9:40 pm. Luckily, I could get up and get to my cabin. Next morning I went to the ship’s doctor. The gal who did the intake actually scolded me for criticizing that there was no staff person in the gym. She said what could they have done to prevent it. A real idiot. The point was that there was no one there to assist. I could have lain there all night. I am considering suing Celebrity

The Royal Caribbean ship I just go off had a sign in the gym that no one was there. Thought that was odd too. I needed help with equipment and just gave up on it and didn’t go back. I also met a gal that fell off an elliptical and broke her rib the first full day. She couldn’t get help either from the doc or even the hospital at our first stop in St Thomas.

Late to be in gym when most are eating, seeing shows, drinking, dancing, etc. Perhaps it was closed, if open maybe you should have asked for attendant to be present being the only person exercising.....not a good idea on your own. Good luck with suing.
