I would highly recommend Celebrity Cruises, and the Equinox. we truly enjoyed our time on the ship and even wished we had more sea days!

The best service we've had on a ship so far. The bartenders in the World Class Bar and the Gastrobar were phenomenal. We didn't have a specific waiter in the MDR, but they were all great. And our stateroom attendant did an amazing job without being intrusive.

This cabin has an extended balcony which we took advantage of almost every day.
Ship tip
Be sure and explore - there are so many great places and venues that you probably can't take advantage of all of them in just one week.
We didn't particularly like the port which was developed just to attract cruise ships. But we really enjoyed our tour with Native Choice to the Chacchoben Ruins.
We had a great trip on Equinox in January and also booked for next year, same cabin with the extended balcony. What is the luggage valet? I did not see anything.
Not impressed with the Equinox. Food was fair to good. Balcony was very small. And even after 7 days on the ship it was hard to get around. Also shopping on the ship was very pricy. I'll stick with Princess.
