Ports of call

Key West, Florida

5 out of 5
Did a walk off and had a great time looking around and having a meal.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

Beach is not clean and that took away from the experience. We went to a place that served good food and drinks.

Cozumel, Mexico

I believe there were 6 ships in this day so very crowded. Found a great restaurant and did some shopping.

George Town, Grand Cayman

I have rated this port call poor due to the unloading of the ship. There were 5 ships maybe 6 so we had to use the ships life boats to unload. This was extremely time consuming and frustrating. We got off around 12:45 with a departure around 6 pm. The beach was fantastic which is what we wanted to spend the entire day not just a portion. This port cannot handle unloading 5/6 boats at 9nce due to limited transfer boats. The cruiseline should avoid a port call on the same day if more than 4 boats at one time.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Slick and fast.

I really appreciate your review and how you separated the negative tendering situation from your enjoyment of the cruise. I saw plan a for a cable car alternative, "Sky Bridge", for grand Cayman that could handle 4 ships at a time. I haven't seen or heard any progress on that and the hurricanes may have scared the investors. I found no new articles since 2016.

Key West and Grand Cayman two of my favorite ports.
