Review summary

The best way to describe this cruise was mediocre. I've sailed on many Celebrity ships and in comparison, this cruise let me down. I could feel no excitement or anticipation from crew or Captain. Boarding the ship, brought few smiles, little help, so glad you're sailing with us,nothing to make you feel special and happy that you would be spending 14 days on this ship with crew that lacked enthusiasm! To me, the attitude and expectations of crew, starts at the top.I saw the Captain twice while on board and wouldn't know his staff; never mingled with passengers. Cruise Director needs to mature; some of his jokes were in poor taste and went too far. The dining experience was wonderful; food was very good, Dejan and Marlon were kind, knowledgeable, respectful, happy, amazing...we looked forward to coming to dinner and seeing them.

Dining was a pleasure; same table and wait staff from the first night! Amazing, enjoyable, delightful, organized, efficient, timely Dejan, Marlon (Table 535) and Gorica (hostess)

Entertainment

The best entertainment was Kyle Esplin... a self taught, unbelievable, outstanding pianist. Doug Cameron was very good as well as Dave Austin. Equinox Band was incredible!

Room needed some repairs, balcony needed a good cleaning, bathroom cabinets were never cleaned thoroughly. Room attendants were nice, did an OK job, never went above and beyond! Good location.

Poor tour guide; rude, little command of the English language, no planned bathroom stops, got nothing out of this shore excursion...a wasted day!
