Ports of call

Naples, Italy

Should have had buses to go up to Capri; or avoided Capri completelyPompei is fime but too much ruins for one trip. Never got to see any of Napoli. Tour was very poorly arranged and a lot of time was wasted.

Santorini, Greece

Waste of time; disliked going to the winery.

Mykonos, Greece

Istanbul, Turkey

The sites were wonderful. Tour went in circles and repeated same travel areas. Driving was slow and wearisome. Areas overcrowded Would have liked to skip the rug nonsense and had more time at the Grand Bazaar
Don't Miss: Topkapi, Blue Mosque, Mosque of Sofia.

Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey

Wonderful
Don't Miss: Ephesus

Piraeus (Athens), Greece

Was very very crowded; too many ships in port at once. We saw nothing but the Acropolis; the crowds were horrible
Don't Miss: Acropolis

Pros: We enjoyed the ship and the prot of call

Cons: The fact that the tours were tied into stores; i.e. rugs, winery, jewelry. The food on the ship was plentiful, but the quality was at best ordinary.
