Wayan, Juan Carlos & Soleh treated us with genuine care & kindness which is rare. The 1st night Wayan (our sommelier) presented us with the wine list. We selected the Stonestreet cab. To our surprise it was a 2006! It was absolutely delicious! We asked if any more were available. Wayan checked and informed us that there were 3 bottles remaining. We bought them all! On the following nights when we arrived at our table, 1 of our bottles was waiting for us. One evening I was not well enough to come to the restaurant. Juan Carlos arranged for our dinner to be prepared and hand delivered to our cabin. On the 2nd night Soleh asked about our creme Brulee. I asked if it was possible to make it with chocolate ganache and bananas. He said with a smile that he would have it ready for the next night. And true to his word it was. All 3 men work exceptionally well together. They made our dining experience unforgettable! And we do need to mention Sanjay... he made a point to come by our table every night to say "hello". Our room steward Dominic always had a smile and asked if we needed anything. He was very attentive.
