Like any European cruise, there is a lot to see at ports. Must use time wisely. The ship is the hotel to come back to eat and sleep. Any additional time should be used to enjoy the ship facilities and entertainment venues.
This was my first time with Celebrity. Besides some nerve-wracking bumps with their salespeople during the planning stage, everything went well. I enjoy it a lot.
Embarkation

Although we had to wait for their pier transfer once we arrived at the terminal it didn't take us more than fifteen minutes to complete the whole process.
We landed at FCO around 07:30 and took the first transfer bus shortly after 10:00. Plenty of time for customs, baggage pick-up, and kegs stretching. We did not have to wait for our scheduled boarding time of 12:30 but we sailed with less than 50% occupancy.

Food and Dining

All complimentary food venues were great. No need to pay extra at all. Buffet options were amazing and there were plenty of tables in a beautiful setting and great views. Went to three of the four dining rooms. Not many choices even with supposedly "regional specialties", but great quality and flavor on everything we eat. Excellent service. Even when the app never allowed us to make even "a day before reservation", we never had to wait for a table.
With service at the bars, it was a different story. It seems as if they were extremely short of bartenders and floor waiters. So hard to get a drink. Sad when you had paid for a drink package.
Onboard Activities

My favorite activity on a cruise is to relax by the pool with a drink, a book, or music, between meals 😇. However, Celebrity offers most of the daily activities, cruise lines offer. Our sailing was not sold out. Less than half capacity 🤔 and I love it. I don't think I will like this ship at full capacity.
Entertainment

The ship's theater is amazing and the entertainment team is very good. The productions were beautiful. Good singers, dancers, and amazing acrobats. The guest singers were good too. Comedian had a great first show... The magician was good too.
Service and Staff

The staff was excellent, except for a bartender at the casino, but I think he was overwhelmed that night. BTW they need more bar personnel.

Almost a new ship so it looks great. The balcony is really small even for one person. Deck 6 has a floor extension in front of the balconies but the view is still good even seating down. Doors are noisy especially if you let them go 🙄. Steward makes your room in the morning and refreshes it at night.
Ship tip
If booking through Celebrity please check everything twice or more. An innocent mistake by an agent almost ruined our trip.
Second time. So much to see and do. Went back to Monserrat. Up all the way and walking down to the Monastery/Basilica área. Amazing views. Not hard at all. Celebrity tour.
New port for me. Beautiful place.
Tour: Prunelli Gorges. Motorcoach drives through beautiful mountains, the gorges, lake Tolla, and beautiful little & picturesque villages, as well as some of Ajaccio's waterfront. We had several photo stops and a break at a very nice Honey "farm" (free refreshments and other drinks for purchase).
Corsica was Napoleon's birthplace. Sadly did not plan properly and only got to see a statue in a park nearby the cruise terminal. Plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.
