We enjoyed the staff who were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and the ship was beautiful! We did arrive about 4 hours late at our first port due to technical issues was really altered our at port events. Overall, we would recommend Celebrity Eclipse.

Celebrity Eclipse is a fabulous ship. Yes, it is "older" but so well kept and the cabins are wonderful. You could not ask for better service, food or overall enjoyment of a vacation on the sea.

This was a great experience and we will do it again in the future. The group we traveled with made this such an enjoytrip. We laughed most of the week!!

The Mexican Rivera was beautiful and the people there were so friendly! I would go back.

I loved my cruise, but i was very disappointed with the main dining room food. And I did have to change Waiters once. He was very unfriendly. The next waiters were great

The Eclipse is a beautiful ship with great venues and entertainment. The itinerary was great as well. We had a fantastic time!

Overall the cruise was good. Disappointed that the Santa Barbara port was fogged out. We would go again.

The Wifi was not working on the ship; although the ship ambassadors were willing to help, it never worked. You're specialty restaurants are too expensive, starting at $55+ . Art on board is the same I've seen in other cruises. Add more storage to your rooms. Intercom was not working in Concierge rooms.

Great cruise ship for adults. Not fun enought for young children.

This was a trip of 8 old friends who just wanted to hang out. Celebrity was the perfect line to do it on.

This was our second Celebrity cruise and we were not disappointed. We had been to many of the ports, but not Astoria. We were active on the sea days, and enjoyed ourselves. We had a friend with us who had never been on a cruise, and he told us he would definitely go on another one. Everyone on the ship was very nice. The ship was not too large, so we were able to learn the layout fairly easily.

Since this was my first time on Celebrity, I did not know what to expect. I was very impressed, staff, food and activities were very exceptional. I will definitely make Celebrity one of my favorites to sail.

We had a great time! JJ's suggestions and recommendation in the selection of stateroom were dead on!! She helped make my wife's retirement celebration unforgettable. Thank you for the help.

very excited to go on our first cruise with celebrity. everything was great with the exception of the excursions and several of the ports. I did not like icy point - the excursion was poorly vetted, the port had very little to offer. I thought juneau had very little to offer. I like katchikan, but did not ahve enough time to enjoy the town. Onboard spa was excellent. we used message, acupunture, and thermage services. all technitians were excellent.

Cruise was amazing. Travel to and from ports not so much! We explained over and over again to the travel agent and airlines that we only had passport cards and was assured that we were good however upon arriving at the airports we were denied flights. We had to spend an additional $1500 to get to and from on top of the $2000 we had already paid. As of yet we have received no compensation for the added costs.

Great cruise that was ruined on 2nd day by a accident that was 100% Celebrity's fault! A lot of money spent to have it ruined by someone's else's mistake. We can thank Rose in guest relations for the bad taste left over her accusing my wife for being at fault for the accident. Not sure how a wrongly assembled mustard dispenser is anyway our fault. Mustard shot into my wife's eye and all over her hair and clothes. They offered a whooping $50.00 for a ruined shirt, pants and shoes.

Had a great time on my cruise. Food was just ok, nothing spectacular, even in the specialty restaurants. Service was great, though. My cabin Steward, Ramses, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. My main complaint is the card system that Celebrity utilizes. Medallions are so much easier to use. No need to ever take the medallion off to enter the room or pay for drinks.
