We had a fantastic time on our first cruise we couldn’t find and bad things to say about it every bit of advice we received from your seasoned cruisers was so helpful we are now hook and have already booked our next cruise can’t wait.

Celebrity is definitely a cut above many other lines our second Celebrity cruise and 2 more booked Venice to Rome and Rome to Barcelona. Island selection was very good and changed due to hurricane Irma. Toured the bridge and the captain was very nice and very informative. also attended a sail away on the Heli pad with Champaign and Mimosa's

Excellent smooth transatlantic crossing. A lovely ship and good service. Visits to New York and Boston excellent - sail in and sail away was a real experience.

dissapointing first cruise with celebrity. expectations very high. price paid was very high. difficult to get a drink and seat in all the bars. difficulty getting on off the ship with mobity scooter.

This was our first celebrity cruise, we’ve mostly cruised with royal Caribbean. Although the eclipse was smaller we still enjoyed it and she holds a certain charm. Overall we enjoyed the cruise. There were some things that could be improved but not enough for me not to cruise with celebrity again.

Ship is very good but in relation to the previous cruise with Celebrity in the they are cutting back on to many things and these are too many to want to sail with them again, their points membership appears to be a waste of time and other cruise lines are more fun and better equipped.

We have just spent 11 nights on this beautiful ship and still as good as ever. Service is fantastic and saw some g8 shows. Well done to Celebrity and the staff and are a credit to you.

Another lovely cruise on this beautiful ship. I thought the Captain was a really nice guy everyday he would chat to the guests and the one and only time I have ever seen a Captain stand and shake everyone's hand as we disembarked at Southampton. It's just the little things that go along way. All the crew as usual were friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for you and how they stay so cheerful beggars belief when you hear the way some people talk to them. Food was excellent and most of the shows were very good, a couple weren't to my personal taste but that's the way it goes. The only down side really is the sunbeds they are sooo close together you can't get in and out, plus the people that put towels and books on them just in case they want one then leave them there all day when there are other people wanting them. But as I said that was the only downside thank you Eclipse!!!!

Excellent cruise, disappointed with expected gratuities which are not discretionary. Tariff detailing who should receive a tip and the current rates left in cabin on penultimate evening. If staff rely on these funds to top up salaries then the cruise line/s ought to be ashamed of not rewarding personnel appropriately. How does such generous tipping expectations fit in with SOX guidance?

It was a very nice experience for me and my wife in our 36th wedding anniversary, beautifull ports of call, great food & service, excellent nightly shows and a very safe journey.

The ship was great the crew were fantastic the ports of call were amazing ,this has been the best cruise I have had so far .Everybody on the ship enjoyed themselves ,a lovely happy ship.

Went to the Baltic in the summer and had a wonderful time on her. The crew were extremely helpful and friendly and the service was excellent. The food in the restaurant is good with a good selection on the menus. The buffet is one of the best I have eaten in at sea. The shows are very good especially the aerial gymnastics.

By far one of my favourite ships, easy to navigate in a wheelchair. Plenty of room and didn’t struggle waiting for an lift. The restaurants were great and nothing is too much trouble. Only downside was bars and evening entertainment was very busy and was lucky to find somewhere to sit down.

Not enough staff behind the bars, so a long time spent waiting for rounds of drinks! Food was good, and a great selection! Cabin was clean and well attended. There was an error with our drinks package and that took forever to resolve

This was to be my first cruise experience.  My 10 year old daughter and I were joining up with other family members who are seasoned cruisers and we were really looking forward to a taste of modern luxury.  We were upgraded to Aquaclass so it all started off very well.  Check-in was extremely busy and although Aquaclass had a dedicated check-in line and check-in time of 11am, my cousin who had a check-in time of 2.30 got on the ship before me.  Nobody seemed to be sticking to their times although that didn't bother me.  Staff were friendly and helpful and we were so happy once we were on.  Then it started to go a bit downhill.  There seemed to be a distinct lack of staff around, the bars were mobbed and it took me 20 minutes to get served for 1 drink.  Drinks packages were all part of the cruise and I upgraded to premium so that I could enjoy a glass or two of champagne.  I wasn't there to get tanked up but I often found myself not bothering at all as it was just too much effort to wait at the bar.  I had been led to believe that staff would be circulating and be very attentive.  Sadly this was not the case, I saw one waiter around the pool on the Saturday but naturally he was never available.  This seemed to be the general way of things for the whole weekend.  Thankfully plenty of other cruisers told me the service was not normally like that.  I was glad to hear this as if this taster was meant to help me decide whether to cruise in the future, it would have seriously put me off.

Our first ever cruise and wow what an experience! The ship is beautiful and impeccably clean. The interior design and layout is fantastic. The service was of a very high standard and no more so than at the Martini Bar on deck 4. Putu and Tada in particular shone in terms of entertainment and service. All of the restaurants we visited served food of an excellent standard with high levels of hygiene. Our balcony stateroom (located deck 6 midships) was very comfortable and spacious. Our room attendant was quite possibly the happiest man on earth and very kind and thoughtful. He even came and checked on my wife (who'd I'd abandoned!) on the first sea day when she was feeling sea sick - he even bought her chocolate! Our trip took us to the Norwegian fjords and I couldn't recommend this or the Celebrity Eclipse any more. Will definitely be cruising on her again!

After 23 cruises you can get picky but from start to finish the cruise on the Eclipse was perfect.  From the slick reception at Southampton to the disembarkation 8 days later there was nothing my wife and I could criticise. The food was exceptional, the service impeccable, the shows spectacular and needless to say the ship amazing.  We did not use the specialty restaurants, we did not feel it necessary...the food in the main dining room was so good.  Our servers, Achmad, Jackson and Benny the sommelier, could not have been more attentive and helpful. Celebrity certainly lived up to its 5 star rating. 

The cruise through the fjords was beautiful with snow covered mountains, frozen waterfalls, running waterfalls where the sun shone, sheer cliffs and lovely towns and villages. All made wonderful by the wall to wall sunshine from day 1 to day 7...apparently an unusual occurrence for Norway at this time of year.  We were lucky!

Celebrity Eclipse beautiful ship and fun13-night crossing from Miami to Southampton with port stops Nassau, Bahamas, Portugal, Southampton.  The concierge level cabin was very nice with extra comfort.  Plenty of things to do on board to keep you busy and relaxed.  The specificity restaurants offer food options and customer service. Celebrity excellent cruise line and looking forward to my next cruise.
