Review summary

Another lovely cruise on this beautiful ship. I thought the Captain was a really nice guy everyday he would chat to the guests and the one and only time I have ever seen a Captain stand and shake everyone's hand as we disembarked at Southampton. It's just the little things that go along way. All the crew as usual were friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for you and how they stay so cheerful beggars belief when you hear the way some people talk to them. Food was excellent and most of the shows were very good, a couple weren't to my personal taste but that's the way it goes. The only down side really is the sunbeds they are sooo close together you can't get in and out, plus the people that put towels and books on them just in case they want one then leave them there all day when there are other people wanting them. But as I said that was the only downside thank you Eclipse!!!!

Toss them on the deck and just say the wind got hold of them and the chair appeared to be available

I understand people popping to get food but this was all day and another woman who thought because she'd done x amount of cruises could have 4!!! 2 in the sun and 2 in the shade cheek. the crew used to monitor the beds but they don't seem to do that anymore. doesn't make much difference to me as we are early risers anyway but not everyone is and see people looking for beds and you know some with towels are not going to be used is very annoying.

Sling them off the sun beds if no one is using them or inform a crew member.
