We upgraded to Celebrity's Concierge Class. The stateroom was nice, altho it seems all the balcony staterooms are the same, the difference being in the amenities offered. Service, including room service orders, was very good. Food in general was good with the exception of the fish. We ordered salmon, flounder and another fish. Presentation was fine, flavor and texture mediocre. The lobster in Murano was excellent. Other entrees, side dishes/desserts were good. Enjoyed the gelato bar and Bistro on 5. We found the cuisine in Qzine to be a bit bizarre, altho tasty.

The Eclipse is a wonderful ship and the crew is friendly and helpful. The 3 main evening shows were excellent; the other evening entertainments were disappointing. The Tuscan restaurant was excellent; the food in the main restaurant fell below the standards we have come to expect from Celebrity

Excellent ship.

This ship was new and contemporary compared to other ships we've been on. Tastefully decorated and our room was beautiful (verandah room). Everything was kept spotlessly clean. All our services were first class.

I'm pretty critical when it comes to travel. Celebrity Eclipse got it right on this ship. Wonderful, helpful staff. Clean. Celebrity knows how get 3,000 passengers on and off ships.

Eclipse is a newer ship with lots of energy. The staterooms (especially the bathrooms) are just the right size for this couple. Lots of hangers in the closet and plenty of space to turn around in the cabin. This was our 14th cruise (mostly on RCCL and Celebrity) and this veranda stateroom was easily the nicest. Our only complaint centered around the excursions. The 6 hour trip to and from Berlin was a complete waste of money. The city is dirty, covered in graffiti and the guide was essentially worthless. Save your money!

Ship was of high quality. Second time on this class of Celebrity ship and it is a winner. My complaint about cabin is lack of storage space, especially considering we were on two week cruise. Food quality is great - we ate twice in specialty restaurants. They were excellent but cover charge is a little steap. Food in buffet and regular restaurant also quite good.

Eclipse is a beautiful ship; much thought went into its internal design

This was my 1st transatlantic crossing on a cruise ship. The shipboard experience was very good but the weather was left wanting. Celebrity is an excellent cruise company and lived up to that billing on this cruise. Over all I enjoyed the experience and would do it again.

I took this transatlantic voyage last year as well. Wish Lisbon was still a port of call. But Celebrity made up for it by having so many activities and speakers. They brought onboard a zumba instructor. Sherri was awesome and sure hope they ask her back again and again.

We have sailed on the Solstice and Equinox and preferred both to the Eclipse.

People were super. Glass show is a must see. Common Ground singers were excellent. Dinner in the main dining room offered "regular" and "special " menu options - great for finicky eaters. Lisa, the Cruise Director is the best ever. The captain was actually engaging and friendly! SUPER A+ People.

The Eclipse was very beautiful and the cabins were very spacious. The Eclipse was by far the most spacious cabin that we have had on any cruiseline. The bathroom was very spacious and the cabin had plenty of additional storage which was nice. The Martini Bar was great and the waiters were very friendly and made meals alot of fun. Our children, ages 16 and 9 made so many friends and always had something to do and someone to hang out with. I would highly recommend the Celebrity Eclipse to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.

The staff was very professional and helpful.Always attentive, Service was great. Good variety of activities on sea days. Really enjoyed the glass blowing demonstration from Corning Glass

THe ship the Eclipse was beautiful and sapcious. As a matter of fact whenreviewing the picutre I was asked several times if the ship was half empty. Not true! Was booked solid. The size and activities had people spread out over the entire ship.

The ship was well designed, something for everyone. Catered to everyone in a professional manner at all times.

Ship was beautiful in every way, our stateroom was lovely, the bathroom was more roomy than other cruise ships that I have been on.

Enjoyed it, but felt more roll than usual on the oen sea

Our cabin steward wasn't as helpful as he could have been. I also found that our bathroom wasn't always as clean as it could have been. The spin class was a treat. He was avery motivating instructor. I felt the yoga class was a little harder than it should have been for a class that had beginners as well as more advanced people in it. Quisine and Murano were superior restaurants with excellent quality of food and service. Overall it was a great week spent with wonderful friends and I would recommend this trip to my friends.
