Review summary

This ship was new and contemporary compared to other ships we've been on. Tastefully decorated and our room was beautiful (verandah room). Everything was kept spotlessly clean. All our services were first class.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
As stated before\, beef products didn't seem like high quality. The food was plentiful and beautifully presented. We will skip the specialty dining next time. It's pretty much the same food as the rest of the ship\, but presented in a fancier way. Not worth the extra fee.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We expected \"amusement park\" type entertainment\, but this ship was a pleasant surprise. Most everything we saw was outstanding entertainment. We almost skipped the shows because of disappointments on other ships\, but we were glad we went to most all of these. On the last night\, comedian Mike Doyle actually had us both crying with laughter! Who would think?! The modern day Phantom of the Opera\, and the acrobatic show were outstanding. Didn't care much for the Elton John impersonator\, but others liked him. Zumba class with Miggy was worth going to twice a day! He did a great job and the turnout for his class was large.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward Ephram F. was the BEST. We were in concierge class; he shined our shoes\, brought the fruit we like\, and generally took great care of us. Claire H. in customer relations was outstanding in ironing out some billing problems we had. She always kept her word and did everything she promised.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our verandah room was no disappointment. We wondered if it would feel small after 13 nights\, but it was absolutely comfortable and enjoyable the whole time. Verandah area was large with very comfortable outdoor furniture. The bed was comfortable too.

Pros: This was a gorgeous newer ship\, and it had a great staff

Cons: Anything BEEF was tough and poor quality
