Review summary

Great winter escape for us from the cold northeastern US weather. Eclipse is a beautiful ship, staff is outstanding and super attentive. Either excursions or poolside during day, followed by evening show, drinks in Michael's Club, dinner in Luminae Restaurant (a great addition to Celebrity), or one of the specialty restaurants, and the music (50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, British, Rock) in the Foyer!! If you didn't have fun on this cruise, it was your own fault. We had a great time !!

Luminae Restaurant is a great addition to Celebrity. Whoever thought of this, gets a gold star !!!

Onboard Activities

Music in the Grand Foyer at 10:30 p.m. was great. Also, in the Sky Club. History talk in the afternoon was interesting but the speaker was weak and spoke in a monotone.

Entertainment

Celebrity entertainers shows in the evening were top-notch. Wish there had been more. Outside singing acts were great. Magician and comedian were just ok.

Most friendly and attentive staff. They go out of their way to be helpful and always with a smile.

Ship Quality

Great ship and very clean. Only complaint is that the handicapped Sky Suites are on deck 12, which is directly under the Oceanview Cafe. Way too noisy with food trolleys being moved until 2:00 a.m. There should be handicapped suites available on other decks.
