14 Night Exotic Southern Caribbean (Miami Roundtrip)

This 14 night cruise has everything you could want. An itinerary of southern Caribbean islands, great entertainment,  and beautiful accommodations. The Celebrity Eclipse is a beautifully furnished ship and boasts a marvelous staff. The dining room menu was always magnificent and the buffet was easy and convenient.

I will say drink packages were pricey. The average cost on a bottle of wine exceeded $45. The ultimate beverage package would have cost us almost as much as our cruise! But, all in all,  it's a great value.

The hardest workers on the ship are the cabin stewards. Without a doubt, they make the experience!

Ship Tip

Bring extra hangers for your clothes. Laundry service is costly unless you are in the "free" class. Be prepared to tip extra. There are those who really deserve it. ..this includes towel guys in the gym. The spa services are grossly overpriced. ..

Rent a car outside of the ship. Cheaper and a great way to see the island.

Free wifi in the town. Walk to see town.

Hire a local guide. Much better!

We were there on a Sunday. Only thing to do was the beach.

A dirty city. Don't miss the Pitons. We missed them. ...

Beautiful beaches. Share a taxi.

Hire a taxi and go to the extreme far end of the island for a great beach. Get a massage right on the beach.

Best thing if you want the beach. ....walk to town. ..every storefront offers beach chairs and an umbrella and a bucket of beer for about $30. Cheapest way to go. Also, more jewelry stores than people here. Duh......
