The ship was clean but the staff were simply amazing. From the Sunset Bar to the Buffet, staff were attentive and friendly.

This is still a great ship, especially through the Panama Canal, but if you are upgrading to Aqua Class for the spa features you should stick to the S Class or Edge Class Ships for the upgrade.

Over all it was a wonderful experience

Very good food selection, friendly and serviceble staff, overall room was good.

We were on a Baltic cruise the ports were outstanding. A lot to do on the ship.  Shows were great, every night. We had two problems though.  They had some water problems in the cabin next to us so they were working on the room, changing the sliding door and working on the carpet that was wet. They would start the work real early in the morning before we were up and they were noisy.  Mind you we were not sleeping late we were usually up by 8 am on day we were at sea and 6:30am or 7 am on days we were in ports.

The second problem was we used the safe!  What a mistake.  So some of our money was missing, we reported it and they acted like we had done something wrong.  First they came and searched through all our things in the room, our bags our drawers, closet everywhere.  Then they told us we would not be able to get off in the next port until we talk to the police and that would take a long time so if we had plans for an excursion we might not make it. I asked for a new person to clean our room and they said that was fine. I didn't want our trip ruined any more that it had already been so I said I would not file charges but did want it in their files that this had happened. We didn't want to miss the next port, we had paid for an excursion and didn't want to miss it.  They handled the whole situation very poorly. 

Very clean, kept up very well, loved our room stewards and the pool butler! So attentive. Liked having one pool under glass since the weather was usually too cool to use the outdoor pools in the Baltic in September!

Nice ship, and clean. We enjoyed the specialty restaurants and Martini Bar. Their staffs were excellent and really made our stay special. On the other hand, in the dining room, the service was slow and hurried with little chance to converse or develop a relationship with the waiter. Everyone seemed hurried and I believe there were not enough people waiting on tables in the dining room. The room steward was frantically trying to get his work done and had no time to do special things in the stateroom. They were out of robes and we didn't get any until 3 days into the cruise. Our room service was delivered cold twice and we didn't use it again. Waiters in the cafeteria didn't step aside for the patrons and insisted on their right of way. I asked one to get me a cup of tea and he said \"I can't do that\" and walked away. Another waiter heard him, a gem, by the name of Hardee, and walked over and said \"I'll get it for you\". Why didn't the other waiter just say he would find someone who could? Poor, poor customer service!

Enjoyed the ship very much. Second time on a Millenium Class Ship. We upgraded to Aqua Class and enjoyed the ammenities that came with it, particularly Blu Restaurant. The sewage odor in our bathroom was worst on embarkation day and diminished mostly after that but it was still present. Our shower stall backed up daily and many efforts were made to improve it. John Grentham was cruise director and was outstanding. He was also our cruise director on a previous cruise.

This was our third sailing on the Constellation and it was everything we remembered. The updating was nice and overall everything was wonderful.

The ship had been recently renovated and everything was beautiful from carpet to furniture. The shows were fantastic and the service excellent. Food at the regular dining was good but could be a little better, really seem to be pushing the special fine dining program. Buffets were great, hot tubs super relaxing.

This cruise around the Baltic Sea was spoilt by a few Celebrity employees. Mostly the crew was friendly and helpful. The food and service were good. The specialty restaurants were excellent. We had purchased Celebrity transfers from the airport to the ship. On arrival at Schipol there was no Celebrity representative in sight. After wandering around the airport we found a group of people where, after a wait, we deposited our bags, and were then told to go elsewhere to 'check-in'. After a wait we checked-in, and then waited to be taken to the bus. Once on the bus we waited another 40 minutes, with no explanation, before the bus took us to the ship. A terrible start to any cruise. After embarkation we went to the Shore Excursion desk to book some tours. We asked for reservations at 5 different ports of call. The Celebrity employee carefully took down all our requests, confirmed that space was available on each of the tours, and told us that the tickets would be placed outside our door that evening. In the event none of these reservation was made, and when we returned tot he desk next day, several of the tours we had requested were sold.out. There was no sight of the employee who took our request the previous day; we were given apologies but no real resolution of this problem caused by Celebrity staff. Another terrible start to our cruise. Otherwise it was a good cruise, that could have been much better if Celebrity employees were better at their job.

This was our 10th cruise, but our first time cruising on Celebrity. At first, things were a bit rough with the room attendant, but was quickly resolved at the front desk with another new attendant. Here are the pros: library is open 24/7, the service on-board is excellent, on-board string ensemble, not pushy bar staff, live band/orchestra with shows (not just a recording with music), night light standard in the bathroom, front desk staff, quality of the drinks, they have 110 volt plugs in the room, guest services, and Q-tip/cotton balls filled container in the bathroom. The cons: No atlas in library (would like to see where we were, etc.), limited activities, most stewards can't make towel animals, activity leader is not much of a leader when he leaves and asks other passengers to take over his position, photos taken throughout the day and on excursion day are NOT available for viewing the next day. One has to wait at least 48 hours. Obviously, some of the items mentioned are minimal (no towel animals) and we understand, but these are things we look for on a cruise. Also, I would say that this cruise was geared more for seniors. We were one of the youngest people on the cruise and only saw 6 young children on board. At one point I felt that I was on HAL. Overall, a wonderful cruise!! You will not be disappointed. We went to see the sites, not to people watch on board.

This was a very nice ship and an excellent Captain. The ship was clean and in great shape. The gift stores were a little short on veriety, we had our over fill of Russian items on displayday after day. Our dining room staff were great as was our steward. The entertainment was nice and maybe just above average.

Great crew. Food not as good as last two cruises. Got tired of hitting our shins on bed frames..........gotta be something you can do. Situation, as is, unavoidable because clearance between wall and end of beds so narrow. Potty runs at night in the dark particularly dangerous.

it was wonderful

Very nice ship, the quality was excellent, the room sizes were very generous. Food was very good, many choices. Shopping excellent, Heather did a wonderful job in giving us shopping tips. The entertainment was enjoyable and very relaxing.
