good as a rule except when complaints about the constant squeak in balcony stateroom were told to \"GET USED TO IT!!!

BROTHERS BALCONY CABIN WAS VERY LOUD SQUEAK ALL THE TIME CHIEF MAINTENANCE ENGR COULDN'T EVEN FIX IT. SECOND TO THE LAST NIGHT THEY FINALLY GOT THEM A NEW ROOM 12 DAYS OF SQUEAKING AND NO SLEEP!!
