I decided to give Celebrity Cruise another try so I booked another cruise

A bit disappointing as they say 9 cities but really we only had 5. You had to come early to see Rome prior to ship departure and stay in Venice after docking otherwise you didn’t see those two cities. Most ports were not in the main cities so transportation was necessary to get to them. We missed out on seeing 2 major cities on the itinerary which was also very disappointing. We paid for an upgrade to a balcony room when it should have been for free! While the staff worked very hard the ship was understaffed and it was clearly noted. We had an amazing trip because WE made it that way not because Celebrity went out of their way to do so. It was the best way to see Italy and visit a lot of the major cities.

This was our first cruise since 2020 after rescheduling several booked cruises. It was great to be back and we enjoyed the ship, staff and travelling once again. It was a much needed vacation after absence.

Great cruise for our first time in Europe. Recommend highly.

Out cruise was amazing. The ship was only a third full so lots of room and no long queues.

This was our first transatlantic cruise and we enjoyed it immensely. We wondered how we would fare on the 9-days at sea but found more than enough activities to keep us busy. We were fortunate and only had one day of rougher seas.

Overall, cruise was very good. First time on Celebrity for us so hard to review based upon previous experiences with Royal Caribbean and Carnival.

We had never cruised on the Constellation, but will be back. She is lovely! She has not had her refurbishment, but all the spaces we visited onboard were clean, easy to get around, fun to explore. Note- the casino has maybe 5 tables, table minimum was $10, but they dropped it down to $6, and it would be full at certain times... older slot machines. Only 2 dancing drums, and 1-3 Buffaloes. Slots were tight!

Great cruise as usual on Celebrity. Outstanding food in Luminae as we were in a suite this time. Food and service was beyond outstanding. Entertainment was great - Great CD and activities staff. Michael's club a great "Retreat" for Suite (Retreat) guests. Witt tray a suite again on our next Celebrity cruise.

The cruise itself was delightful but the itinerary was not that interesting. We knew that when we booked the cruise and chose to enjoy the ship and the experience on board.

Love the Itinerary. the buffet at night was the same every night except they would change 1 main item .they didn't even have shrimp except for the last night . The main theater had singers every night but 2 if you call that variety . At the Italian steak house 2 people ordered chicken parm it was so tuff they couldn't cut it with a knife sent it back a got steak other than that and the 2 itinerary changes everything was good.

As veteran cruisers (45), this was an exceptional experience - not to be forgotten. The upbeat & energetic staff took the "extra mile" servicing all passenger needs & concerns. GREAT STAFF! Comments: This 20 year old vessel, whilst in good condition, is in need of refurbishment. (a) Notwithstanding replacement of normal infrastructure wear & tear. adequate electrical and electronic interfacing is nonexistent or outdated. Need upgrades to be competitive. (b) Internet latency is worse, when compared to other cruise lines satellite service. Need WAN analysis & optimization. (c) Dedicated Lounge, like on Royal Caribbean, would better serve Loyalty cruisers. (d) The "skipping" a San Juan stop was well known in advance. A substitute destination should have been planned. (e) More availability of "Simply Sail" as not all wish to enjoy a "Drinks-WiFi-Tips" package. (f) Current "tips included" payroll model for service staff likely to accelerated attrition, disenfranchising employees. Plan B needed. The ship and passengers complied with all Covid-19 safety measures. Top tier sanitary procedures paid off. Subsequent 1% onboard Covid-19 positive rate was well managed. Major factor: 542 passengers on a 2170 capacity ship with 1000 crew.

Only sailed with 700 guests so was like having our own privatecyacht.

Very interésting places to visit. Tours must be improved. Otherwise people are going to start using outside operators likeVIATOR. They offer better prices the language you require.

In all the cruise was excelent. The tendering process on the last port was very badly handled. First time for us to be so stuffed up. They only used 2 tender boats and 2 private boats. Stuff up.

As always celebrity did not disappoint, the ports were exciting and the staff were excellent. The over nights were great and allowed more time to explore. The Christmas and New Year parties were fab. The only criticism would be the shows were hot and miss.

Great cruise, as a repositioning of the ship due to winter, with highlights Athens, Suez, Jordan with Petra and nice overnight in Dubai. Great Celebritys time.

Fantastic cruise and well organised LOVE due to the locations. Ship and staff amazing.

We had a relaxing and fun cruise! It was my first time on the Constellation, and we look forward to sailing on Connie again in 2021!

Fun filled packed full of adventure and exploration!! There was never a dull moment! The staff was attentive and took the time to know our names and treat us special. The spa people were amazing!! My massage and facial girls were the best!! The Blu dining room crew was amazing!!!
