Review summary

Celebrity no longer treats you like a celebrity. For some reason they are obviously lowering their standards. Maybe to drive people to the more expensive line they own, which I think is Silverseas. In any event, their product has changed.

We had to point out shortfalls before receiving what should be delivered. And it's obvious the ratio of staff to guest has worsened.

My luggage was mistakenly taken and returned by another passenger. Celebrity had it that day at 11am. They never brought it to the hotel and never called. They only filled out forms.
