Review summary

The cruise itself was fine. A few frustrating items were trying to maneuver through Celebrity website for excursions. The descriptions for excursions were extremely vague. In fact every one coined the phrase "See the best of" The website also made no mention that a few ports did offer free shuttle into the city. A fact I feel intentionally left out in order to sell the excursion.

Buffet was fine. Main dining room, could never get a straight answer what floor to eat on or when. The staff constantly wanted to put us in between 2 other couples. The main dining room lacked private seating for 2 that other cruise lines offer. Specialty dinning was an experience. We booked a specialty restaurant, Q’sine. Celebrity called 2 weeks before sailing to announce that restaurant was changing its venue and menu to La Petite Chef. Right before sailing we were emailed that Q’sine was back on. Mid trip, they changed the restaurant without notice. When we asked to cancel the night of and rebook Tuscan Grill, we were rudely told by the Assistant Manager that it was booked and there was nothing that could be done. When asked why they would change the restaurant mid ship after being told in writing it was back on, we were ignored. That evening we walked into Tuscan Grill in an attempt to grab a table. There were only 3 tables in the entire restaurant after we were told it was booked. Regarding the reservations and delivering what was offered they did a horrible job and were completely inconsistent.

Only issue with disembarkation, we had an early flight to catch. We were told by 3 different people 3 different time we could get off the ship. We played it safe, showed up at 6:00 AM and were able to make our flight
