Dubrovnik and Santorini need to limit the number of cruise ships allowed per day because it is so crowded you can't enjoy the area.

Well organized and on time.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Main dining was very good. Buffet was average, some good some not so good. Large quantities tend to result in cold food (i.e. pancakes, waffles). Bacon was very greasy. Orange juice was watery.
Cellar Masters

My only complaint is that when you offer a "wine tasting, or pairing" event you should include wines of the region you are visiting. We thought we might get to experience some Greek wines, but they offered a wine from a region in our own backyard. Disappointing.
Onboard Activities

Pools were small and cold. Hot tubs were OK.
Entertainment

Some good, some not so good, and some really good.
Service and Staff

Main dining staff was awesome (Sandeep & Rodwin)!! Bar and table service was lacking and sometimes rude. One time I went to the bar to ask for a draft beer and the bartender told me to go sit down and he will have a waiter bring it. That took 10-15 minutes when he could have done it in less than 2. Another time, my husband went up to order and the bartender(s) ignored him over women and it took a good 10-15 minutes to get his drink.
Did a GOT tour - good. Again, port was very crowded making it difficult to get around. Few bathrooms, and those that were available required a fee (in kunas only) making it uncomfortable.
This was suppose to be the best, but ended up the worst. Way too many people for such a small port with limited access. Spent most of our time standing and walking through a sea of people only to wait 1 1/2 hours for the cable car back down. I understand the steps are very slippery and stinky from the donkeys and a couple of people got badly injured. They need to limit the amount of cruise ships in this port to 2 a day.
