Where most ships have a leadership team that focuses on the staff, the Constellation has a team that concentrates on the passenger. We have cruised about 10 times previously and never had a senior management team that put themselves in front of the passengers and interacted on such a high level. The captain, hotel director, head chef, cellar master, cruise director, activities director, and each of their teams were front and center passenger centric. Not only did they oversea the ship, they actively participated in multiple events beyond the typical photo opportunity.
The positive energy generated by the senior team eminated throughout the ship. The crew was upbeat, the passengers were extremely positive, and the experience was delightful.

Pros: Crew/Passenger Interaction

Cons: Embarkation

Rented a car so we could see the island up close. Easy to navigate and a great variety of things to see and do
St. John's, Antigua
Kralendijk, Bonaire
Clearest water in the Caribbean.
Castries, St. Lucia
This island was a bit difficult. Coming on the heals of hurricane Tomas the people seemed a bit more aggressive than other islands. The local market was dark and hot
