Staff was friendly. The only problem was getting someone to get drinks for us at the buffet.

We had a sunset veranda. It was a nice, clean cabin with a real balcony as opposed to the infinite balconies. The balcony was large. It had 2 loungers, 2 regular chairs and a table. We were at the back of the ship but enjoyed every bit of our cabin.
