We would recommend the Beyond and the staff to anyone. Our second experience with Captain Kate and just love her and her team.

For the most part, our food experience was excellent. We had some very beautiful meals. Eden was the spectacular highlight of our trip!
Onboard Activities

We enjoyed the game show "yes or no" --Luigi the cruise director was a great host. We spent time at the Retreat pool and enjoyed the view from there, we used the fitness center and thoroughly enjoyed our spa massages as well. Just didn't like being sold products and foot evaluation at the end.
Entertainment

The Beyond entertainment was best I have seen at Sea. Arte and Elements were such great emersive experiences.
Service and Staff

We had an excellent butler in Reggie, room attendant and waitstaff. Kudos to our sommelier in Luminae and our waiter, Sanjay in Eden. Really great service as the cruiseline gets back up to speed with the volume of guests.
Ship Quality

New ship, clean environment. Our room was impeccable and the layout of the ship made for nice open spaces even when crowded. You always had a place for quiet or to enjoy the other guests in a crowd.
Cabin / Stateroom

We really enjoyed this room. Layout was great and the balcony got lots of use. Only downside was closets so close to the bed when you opened them. Hard to get around if using bathroom at the same time. But spacious and well designed otherwise.
Ship tip
Make sure to book your specialty dinners early. Le Petit Chef was a great one time experience and I would have eaten at Eden another night if I knew how good it was!
We did the "Taste of Cozumel" excursion and absolutely loved it! We got to cook our own lunch. We also got to do a tequila tasting and saw a little of the Mayan Ruins. It was really a great mix of activities and we just loved FANNY! She was an excellent host and cute as could be.
Higher end port and expensive for gift items. We just went ashore to get souvenirs. Did not do an excursion but nice for walking and higher end shopping if that is your thing.
It was quick and easy. They were highly organized and it was painless. We had trouble getting an uber so reserve that early. We ended up downloading Lyft and got a car in 10 min. Much faster response!
