Review summary

Fix the main restaurants (food and service)! Entertainment was excellent Pretty ship Poor design of cabins with veranda built into room. Ocean View Terrace where they serve buffet breakfast, lunch and dinners was pretty good (at least breakfast).

Long wait times for dinners served to us. Average at best food in those restaurants. Some of the deserts tasted co commercial without flavor. They just wanted to serve to the masses. These restaurants were no better than a Carnival Cruise restaurant food. Our cabin steward was terrific. Asst restaurant mgr was awful! He only wanted to comp us 50% of a inexpensive specialty restaurant to compensate us for four lousy meals in their main restaurants which was very insulting. Why would you want to lose a customer for $37? Poor decision making judgement! Our friends have cruised on Celebrity at least 15 times and the mgr would not comp them the whole meal; only 50% of the meal.

Cabin was always clean. We did not like the design of the built in veranda as it did not seem like there was an actual balcony feel to it. Again clean and pretty with nice design but flawed with the veranda.

Ship tip

Until they fix the catering and service in the four main restaurants - avoid those restaurants and eat in the specialty restaurants. The sushi restaurant was terrific. I heard mixed reviews about the steak house and we cancelled our reservations because of it.
