Review summary

A group of 28 of us wanted to book a cruise with Captain Kate. Celebrity assured us she’d be on. She was gone this week. The food was horrible and the service was worse. It shouldn’t take 2 1/2 to get your desert. And everyone should have had their order taken. At our table is 8, 2 were forgotten. Service isn’t any better at the bars either.

I’ve never in my life experienced service as bad as on the Beyond. Now, we aren’t real frequent cruisers but we do have over 25 cruises to compare to.
