Understaffed to allow select your choice dining. Even if you book your dinner reservation on select ( many people don t know or don’t do) walk inns overflow the capacity. Sometimes you are given fixed dining 830 when their is no fixed time venue. You are then considered walk in with beeper. Overall because of this and understaffing it is difficult to get sommelier often at main course before anyone shows for wine or drinks. Same for ocean view cafe beverage staff is overwhelmed by volume. You are best to wait in line at bar to bring drink to table before getting food. Or your you will likely be finished before drink service.

Not a fan of infinitely blocked veranda. It seems that weather on the cruise turned the veranda into an ocean view. Not a fan prefer old style veranda you decide if weather is too bad not to go out not the captain

They forgot to insulate wall between 6139 and 6137 you can hear a normal conversation.
