Overall, very satisfied. The ship was not full so I might be concerned if it was at full capacity. There were areas of the ship that were pretty busy with a limited number of passengers.

We had a selected time to arrive and be prescreened and it took less than 10 minutes to arrive at our stateroom where our keys were waiting.

Mostly excellent, we were in Aqua class, which was exceptional, but our one evening at the Tuscan Grille did not meet our expectations, and our premium beverage package lacked selections.
Onboard Activities

Fitness center was amazing. Outdoor running track was very good. Thermal beds, saunas, steam excellent, but I would recommend attendants need to be more timely in the locker areas for refresh.
Entertainment

We sampled just about everything offered, and really enjoyed the pianist and violinist. Stage shows we enjoyed more on this cruise because didn’t have the same level of acrobatic content.
Service and Staff

Anthony was our attendant, he was attentive, friendly, accommodating. Other personnel in BLU were top notch. Emilia, Fernando our sommelier are just a small sample size of a great team. Servers at Craft Social were top notch as well.
Ship Quality

We were a little confused by the balcony in that it is only an indoor sitting area with a retractable top window, but otherwise ship design is top notch. Showers are much better in rooms. I am 6’3’ and have previously had some issues.

Overall, exceptional. I spoke earlier of our reaction to the balcony, but otherwise a very functional and comfortable layout.
Ship tip
Get to know your servers so that you do not have to use your sea pass cards for every transaction.
We took an excursion that also took us to Portofino. Too much time tied up in transportation. 2 boat rides and everything was packed. As well our audio tour had no audio.
