be wary of booking with teens/we had 8 people -- grandparents, teens, aunt/uncle and every night in the club--even though we were there and with our daughter-- we were kicked out because she was 17 and 9 months (and not 18 years old). it seemed rude, and un family friendly.. this happened to other families too. because of this i would be hesistant to book celebrity as this has never happened to us on other lines-- MSC, NCL, Royal, etc.

Be careful of the additional cost, as one would think many options are all-inclusive on a cruise ship, with Celebrity Ascent, they're not. I would say that the balcony suites are worth it and an enjoyable experience.

If you have creaking sounds in your stateroom, keep complaining because they know how to fix it.

If you want to attend the shows arrive at least 30 minutes prior and grab yourself a drink a relax before the show as they get filled up very fast.
