Review summary

We are extremely disappointed in how uninformed and misinformed we as guest never traveling on celebrity were. Beyond dissatisfied by the discrimination ams accusations that were made against us and later told was a mistake with no apology offered will not recommend this racially profiling ship to anyone

Was discriminated against our second night and was made to switch rooms for any further issues. Then the next day was told there as confusion on the staffs part and the complaint that was made was actually not made against us and they had found who the culprit was we were not offered any apology nor compensation for the embarrassing and hurtful allegations made against us.

was not informed of restrictions and was only allowed to do guiders tours which where sold out and not able to accommodate the number of guests on board. When we asked the staff why we had not received this information until that day was told that we should have looked on the celebrity website.

At least your inattention is a warning to others that you now have to check multiple places for all the information and do it almost daily. What was the issue that you thought was discrimination, hard to know what to think without some detail?

Thanks for the review. Information on restrictions and requirements are updated in the cruise line website and in emails sent to all passengers. It is important to be informed and read all of the information available. Patience and flexibility are the keys if cruising now.

The excursion information is on all cruise li e websites as part of their Covid information. If you didn't read it then that is on you, not the cruise line.
